  • For City of New York’s Mayor’s Office of Minority and Women Businesses, proposed, planned, led and managed assessment and review process for 42 city agencies (300,000 employee workforce) to discover practices and policies that would support the city in achieving the mayor’s vision of conducting 30% of procurement with MWBEs by 2021

  • As Team Leader for USDOT/FTA contract, led FTA Grantee DBE Program Compliance Reviews for Rhode Island DOT and Westchester County, NY DOT. Produced DBE Program Compliance Review reports documenting efficacy of Grantees’ compliance with FTA regulations (49 CFR Part 26)

  • Facilitated 22-member board (representing 77 agencies) for  NYC Head Start Consortium, in designing strategic transformation of that body, resulting in a re-negotiation of their role and relationship with their funding agency -- the NYC Administration for Children’s Services.

  • Facilitated change in the structure of the  Cornell University ILR School Professional Management Training Program, from a program-focused operation (EEO; Labor Relations, Management Development and HR) to a function-focused operation (Registration and Program Coordination).

  • Served as  AmericaSpeaks: Table Facilitator for world leaders participating in the Clinton Global Initiatives 2005 Conference (NYC); the 2005 National Conference on Citizenship (Washington, D.C.) and Theme Team member for 2010 National Town Hall Meeting on the Federal Budget (Philadelphia, PA).

  • Developed comprehensive competencies framework for Girl Scouts, USA (NYC) senior leaders and management / supervisory staff, and conducted Competencies-Based Learning Needs Assessment for leaders, managers and professional staff to meet new demands of the organization’s transformation, intended to result in a right-sizing initiative that would streamline more than 300 councils nation-wide to approximately 110 high-capacity councils.
